When you order a catering order 5 days in advance and then show up to pick it up and wait in line for half an hour just to find out even 44 minutes after the scheduled pick up time it's still not ready! I would love to tell the manager of the failure privately but they are to busy to talk, so here it is.
Due to lengthy drive thru lines, they had crew strategically placed outside to take orders. This kept the line moving quickly. Inside was packed as well. best. chicken. ever.
